Rory planned an extremely thoughtful proposal that kept Katherine on her toes the entire time. Katherine swears she “knew”, but the jury’s still out on that… Rory put together a date at the NC art museum on a beautiful sunny afternoon, where he and Kat walked around the permanent exhibit. Afterward, Rory suggested that they head to the museum park for a picnic lunch under a big oak tree. As they laid out the blanket and got their snack set up, Rory suddenly got down on one knee, and pulled out a ring that left Katherine speechless. Shortly after, their close friends appeared seemingly out of nowhere with their puppy, Poppy, adding to the excitement. Still nearly speechless, Kat accepted Rory's proposal, feeling incredibly blessed to share this significant milestone with their loved ones and furry companion.
