Is there transportation from The Malcolm Hotel to the wedding ceremony site?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle that transports everyone from The Malcolm Hotel to Quarry Lake Park. The pick up will be at 2:30 PM sharp at the front of the Malcolm Hotel. The shuttle company is Patagonia Chauffeur Service.

Will Reilee and Katie be riding in the shuttle?

Answer

No, there will be separate cars that take Reilee and her parents in one and Katie and her parents in the other to the ceremony site.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to be able to share this special day with you all but in an effort to keep it intimate, only formal invitees please.

What is the terrain in the area with the wedding ceremony?

Answer

There is a very short walk on grass from the parking lot to the ceremony site.

Do I have to stay at The Malcolm Hotel?

Answer

No, there are many hotels, air BnB and inns in the Canmore/Banff area to choose from! However, the only transportation that will be provided will be from The Malcolm Hotel on the wedding day.

What is the temperature like in Canmore during that time of year?

Answer

Typically the temperature ranges from highs in the mid 70s Fahrenheit to lows at night in the mid 40s Fahrenheit.

Answer

The deadline to RSVP is May 31, 2026.

What is the attire for the ceremony and dinner?
