Check in is at 4PM but wedding guests get priority for early check in. Just call the day before or morning of and the staff will do their best to get you in early!
Dinner will be served family style dinner. Steak, chicken, potatoes, veggies and salad will be brought to your table where you can then serve yourself whatever you want. If you have any allergies/food restrictions please let us know and you will be served your own plate.
This is strictly an adult only occasion (18+) with the exception of immediate family.
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. We are doing no plus ones. If someone cannot attend in your formally invited party that does not mean you may replace them with someone else.
Dress to impress! Our wedding is black tie optional, meaning women should wear longer length dresses and men should wear formal suits or tuxedos.
No, there are plenty of other hotels and air bnbs in the area. However, if you chose to stay somewhere else you will need to find your own way of transportation.
The hotel bar will be open until 1 am for guests to enjoy if they would like. It will not be an open bar.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. It is encouraged guests arrive earlier; refreshments will be provided before the ceremony. Once the ceremony begins you will not be granted entrance until it is completed so, please plan accordingly.
If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided (July 13th), it will automatically be marked as "Not Attending". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! The drinks are on us and the hangover is on you! If you are not taking the shuttle back to the hotel, please arrange your own transportation from the venue if you plan on drinking. Cocktail hour and the reception will be a full open bar with signature cocktails. The after party (just the last hour of the reception) will be an open bar of just beer and wine.
