This is a black-tie, semi-formal event. We are asking that women wear a black colored dress, and men wear a black suit and black tie.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes, please see the travel tab for information on the hotels. The bride and bridesmaid will be staying at Embassy Suites and the groom and groomsmen are staying at the Jefferson Hotel and Embassy Suites.

Where are the ceremony and wedding taking place?

They will both be held at the same location, Burritt on the Mountain.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the wedding ceremony, therefore 4:45 PM or earlier.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available at the venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a cocktail & charcuterie hour prior to dinner.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes, dinner will be served at the reception. We will be serving Italian food catered from Amerigo's Italian Restaurant.

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any food allergies or require a specific diet option to allow us to accommodate your request.

Will there be transportation provided from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

No, as there are several hotels that guests can reserve. We will not be providing transportation to the venue. Uber, Lyft, and car transportation services are easily available in this area.
