Out of respect for the health and safety of our families and friends we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding. We hope this will allow us to celebrate fully and safely next year, We can't wait to celebrate with you all in 2021!

Nolan and Katherine met September 2010 at The Ohio State University. Katherine was a freshmen and had just moved into Lincoln Tower in a suite with 10 girls. Nolan was a sophomore and happened to live in the suite next door. Both suites clicked instantly and became very good friends. Katherine and Nolan stayed very good friends all through undergrad and Katherine loved hanging out with Nolan on game days. Everyone always thought there was something special between them but Katherine and Nolan always reassured everyone that they were just good friends. Their friendship continued strong after graduation, while Katherine was in pharmacy school at Ohio State and Nolan moved back to Cincinnati. In late spring of 2016 they talked about giving dating a shot and while Katherine was a little nervous about going from friends to dating, she soon realized it was the best decision of her life. Katherine and Nolan spent most weekends traveling to one another in Columbus or Cincinnati and have many great memories of spending fall Saturdays cheering on the Buckeyes. They dated long distance until Nolan got an amazing job opportunity in Columbus in Spring of 2018.

Nolan and Katherine love traveling and were planning a vacation to Hawaii. Two days before their trip Katherine was working all day on a Sunday and Nolan asked if she would like to take a walk after dinner. Katherine didn't think much of it because they often like to go on walks together. Katherine thought they should spend the evening packing but thought a quick walk would be nice. Little did she know, Nolan had other plans as it would be a walk that would change their lives forever. They went to North Bank Park that had beautiful views of the Columbus skyline where Nolan got down on one knee and proposed. Katherine was surprised and couldn't believe that both Nolan and their families were so good about keeping it a secret. Nolan and Katherine then got to spend an amazing 10 days celebrating their engagement on their trip to beautiful Hawaii. Nolan and Katherine got back to Columbus airport after a very long day of traveling. They were walking to baggage claim at the Columbus airport and Katherine was a little bummed that such an amazing trip had come to an end. Suddenly she looked up and Nolan had one more surprise in store. Both Katherine's parents and Nolan's family was waiting at baggage claim ready to celebrate with them. It was the best surprise to come home to and something Katherine will never forget. We are so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives together! See you in Cleveland!
