Bass Lake Trail 1 Bass Lake Drive, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 One of our favorite walking spots! Less than 5 minutes from town with tons of walking trails up to the famous Cone Manor. Flat Top Lookout Tower Flat Top Road, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 A great 5 mile loop starting at Cone Manor through switchbacks and the trees. Once you reach the top, you will find the fire tower which is about 4 stories and lets you stand just above the tree line. Glen Burney Falls Trail 243 Laurel Lane, Blowing Rock, NC 28605, (828) 295-5222 Glen Burney Trail is located in the heart of downtown. Beautiful 3 mile hike surrounded by waterfalls. Mile High Swinging Bridge 2050 Blowing Rock Highway, Linville, NC 28646 America's highest suspension footbridge with spectacular views atop Grandfather Mountain's at more than one mile in elevation.
