Even though our hometowns are only 264 miles apart, the universe decided that traveling a few thousand miles each sounded like a more exciting way to meet. After leaving school and trying to decide what the next move was, we both decided working on a cruise ship in Hawaii was a great idea. One thing led to another, and amidst working 70+ hour work weeks, our paths crossed, and we've been figuring out life together ever since.
At the beginning of a spring break trip, we decided to spend a day in Epcot before heading out on a cruise. While we were getting ready, Nick had a nice collared shirt laid out, which is an interesting choice coming from a t-shirt kind of guy. We arrived at the park right as it opened, and made our way along the park's look. Nick kept insisting on stopping to take a picture, but Kat had other plans (Ratatouille ride??). Finally Nick was able to do enough convincing to get a picture, and asked the question without another person around. We then spent the day eating and drinking, and headed off on a cruise the next day.
