Is there a dress code?

We'd love for you to dress comfortably while looking polished for the occasion. Please avoid wearing white, as we'd like to keep that special for the bride. The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception in a beautiful barn—think elegant and refined rather than formal black-tie.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Of course! We'd love to have the children celebrate with us. They'll have their own designated table complete with coloring activities, giving them a comfortable space to enjoy themselves between dancing and festivities.

Ceremony and reception at the same place?
Answer
Yes! The ceremony will be outside, reception will be inside of the barn.

Bathrooms?

We have separate restroom facilities for men and women located outside, featuring upscale portable restrooms.

Seating arrangements?
Answer
We're keeping seating flexible and open for you to choose where you'd like to sit. We do ask that our guests who are comfortable with stairs use the upper floor, as we'd like to reserve the main floor for those who may have difficulty navigating stairs.

Please no phones!!

We've hired a professional photographer to capture our special day, so we kindly ask that you keep your phones away during the ceremony. We know it's an exciting and emotional moment, but we'd love to avoid having devices visible in our photos. There will be plenty of time to take pictures after the ceremony concludes. We truly appreciate your respect for this request and your presence with us during this incredible celebration. Thank you!

Can I bring a date?

To honor the intimate nature of our celebration and ensure we can accommodate everyone comfortably, we've carefully planned our guest count based on our venue's capacity and catering arrangements. We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to make this day special for all of us.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by Saturday, July 18th, 2026. When responding, please let us know how many of your invited guests will be joining us. For example, if your invitation includes five people—you, your significant other, and three children—but only you and your significant other plan to attend, you would indicate 2 of 5 in attendance.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Yes, there is designated parking available for both the ceremony and reception. We kindly ask that all guests use the designated parking area and respect the venue's property.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We recommend several wonderful hotels located just 10 minutes from the venue. If you plan to enjoy cocktails during the celebration, we encourage you to book a room in advance for your convenience and safety.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
We're delighted to provide alcohol for our celebration! We'll offer an open bar during the first hour, with a gracious limit of two complimentary drinks per person. After that, we invite you to purchase additional beverages at our reception. A full list of our offerings and pricing will be available for your reference on the day.

Will there be food?

Absolutely! We're delighted to provide a delicious meal for all our guests. You'll enjoy smoked BBQ pulled pork and smoked beef sliders, along with a baked potato bar and fresh salad.
