Travel Note
Please use the reservation form below to book your accommodations to utilize the room block. If the room you want isn’t listed as available, select “On Request.” Be sure to enter your names exactly as they appear on your passports. A deposit of $400 per person is required, plus insurance if you choose to add it. After you submit the form, please allow up to 24 hours for processing. You can enter your payment information directly on the form, or Babs can send an invoice with a payment link once your reservation is ready.
