We met through a mutual friend Kenna, on St Patrick's Day 2014 she told Mark "you are the kind of guy my friend should date". Kenna got Mark's phone number and sent it to Kate. Kate called Mark the next day and they've talked every day since.

Just like any typical summer night we rode our bikes to Daymark for dinner and drinks. When we finished dinner we went home to watch the sunset on the roof. Mark had been traveling the week before and said that he wrote a poem he wanted to read and as he got to the end, he got down on one knee and said, "will you be the moon to my night, and the sea to my sea". Kate said "1000 times YES", and we were engaged. The engagement date is also the wedding anniversary of Ginny and Ray Paske making a dream like night even more special. We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you.
