Please arrive to the Delamater courtyard by 3:45 pm to be seated. The Beekman Arms will shut down the entrance to Garden St at 4:00 pm when the ceremony begins.
There is ample parking where the ceremony is taking place. Guests may use the Delamater Inn parking, Beekman Arms conference center parking, and adjacent inn suite parking lots. Please put the address "25 Garden Street, Rhinebeck NY" into your GPS. There is a map listed under the Gallery tab to assist you.
Following the ceremony, there will be a short 3-minute walk to the Beekman Arms for cocktail hour beginning at 5:00 pm, followed by reception at 6:00 pm which features a three-course meal and open bar. It is recommended to leave your car parked at the Delamater Inn, as there is less parking near the Beekman. The event will conclude by 10:00 pm.
This is an intimate event with very limited seating, sadly we do not have room to accommodate guests that were not on the invitation.
