Ladies: Special Attire Request for Wedding Ceremony at the church?

Answer

Ladies, we kindly ask that you please use a sweater, wrap, or shawl/pashmina while at the church So, if your dress exposes your arms, back, or chest please be sure to use one of these. Once you leave the church or at the reception venue, no need to use the cover up. If you have any questions, reach out to the bride Katherine.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive by 1:30pm. Our ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm. We expect a full church, so plan to arrive early to ensure a good seat.

Parking at the Church & Reception?

Answer

Church: There will be parking attendants to direct you where to park. Reception: There is limited parking at the reception. When you arrive, you will be asked to drop off any guests. The driver will then be asked to park across the street. There will (2) cars shuttling the drivers to the reception venue.

After the wedding ceremony, can I head over to the reception venue?

Answer

Yes! You can head over to the reception venue. There will be Hors d'Oeuvres prior to the formal dinner. Just friendly reminder that the reception activities will not begin till 5:00pm.

What does "Lluvia de Sobres" mean?

Answer

This is a tradition in Hispanic culture for gift giving during special occasions. It is a "giving of envelopes" filled with cash, checks, or gift cards.
