Their paths crossed for the first time when Kevin was a rising UF freshman and Katherine was a high school senior. Years later, they reconnected at Kevin’s aunt and uncles’ house at dinner one night in December 2015. Conversation led into Katherine never seeing a Star Wars movie. One watched Star Wars movie and 2 rootbeer floats later, the sparks flew and its been a love story that puts Disney movie romances to shame ever since.
