We’re getting married!

On January 29th, 2021, Katherine and Julian’s love story ignited like lightsabers meeting for the first time at a drive in theatre in Fort Lauderdale. Julian picked Katherine up in his Batmobile and gave her a little basket of all her favorite snacks. The rest was history. Despite 1000+ miles between them, they mastered the art of love through virtual FaceTime dates, intergalactic flower deliveries, and handwritten notes— bridging the gap from New York City to Orlando. Their love, stronger than the force, endured two years of cosmic separation until Katherine made the jump to Orlando, Florida. Their love nest by the lake became their home where they discovered each other’s quirks and favorite meals as they spend their evenings fishing for bass on the dock and getting tangled in spiderwebs on their 5am walks. Because what's a romantic tale without a bit of chaotic excitement, right? As their love blossomed, so did their family. They adopted two adorable kittens, Lilly and Kylo, who added joy to their little home. They both gained another family — becoming best pals with each other’s parents— spending weekends playing uno, watching movies, fishing, and making meals together. Together, they travelled the galaxy, exploring Haiti, Aruba, Curaçao, Italy, Portugal, France, Monaco, Spain, and Alaska. Three years later, at 2am on October 27th during one of their travels through Rome, Julian asked Katherine if she’d like to spend the rest of their lives together — she said yes! Since then, they’ve been enjoying their engagement together, currently in wedding planning mode, and planning their next trip across the world.
