We met on April 13, 2017 when KK was invited to her friend's first softball game. Jonathan was his teammate and instantly noticed KK. He offered his Lulu Lemon sweatpants for her to sit on because the bleachers were cold, and asked her to hold his phone because he was waiting for an important call. During the game, unknown to KK, he told their mutual friend out on the field to put in a good word for him. After the game, KK invited the team out for food and drinks, but the players already had plans to go to the movies. KK remembers seeing Jonathan look so disappointed that he couldn't come. The next day, Jonathan Facebook messaged the mutual friend asking for KK's number. They hung out that same night, and the rest is history (and the future!)
