Yes! We will have transportation running between the Embassy Suites and TPC Sugarloaf. The first shuttle from the hotel will leave at 4:15 pm and a second shuttle will leave at 4:45 pm. Each shuttle holds 25, so try to make it on the early shuttle if you can because if the second shuttle fills up, you will be on your own!
Yes! The Embassy has free parking so if you would like to park there and take the shuttle to the venue and back.
Yes! TPC Sugarloaf allows cars to be left in the club parking lot for 24 hours. So if you drive yourself to the venue and decide you would like to take the shuttle back to the hotel or Uber home, you can leave your car at the venue overnight!
Our final send off is at 10:30 pm, but if you would like to head back to the hotel before the end of the night, an early shuttle will be departing at 9 pm. After the final send off, the shuttle will begin making trips back to the hotel.
Yes! Sugarloaf Country Club has two entrances that you can enter through, just tell them you are there for the Hamil-Halley wedding and be prepared to show your license. There is parking at the Sugarloaf club house and you can leave your car there overnight if you need to!
