When should I RSVP by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP for the events by the 28th of June 2026. You may indicate your responses on the RSVP tab on the top of the website.

What time should I arrive to the Ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at the Guild Inn Estate by 4:15 pm at the latest to allow time to park and be seated before the procession begins promptly at 4:30 pm.

What is the Dress Code?
Answer
The dress code for our wedding is Formal Attire. We would love to see you all in your best looks. Ladies, think mid to floor-length dresses in summery sorbet hues with a soft romantic touch. You may opt for soft pastels such as light pink, sage, blue, and other muted tones paired with delicate jewelry and heels. Gents, come dressed in your most dapper suit and tie paired with dress shoes. We ask that you kindly refrain from wearing white or ivory.

We have you covered for parking on site at the venue!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
Please know that we are having an unplugged ceremony, so we are kindly asking that no phones be out during the ceremony so we can be as present as possible together. We have an amazing photographer and videographer who will capture every detail of it for us!

Can I bring a Plus One?
Answer
We are so excited to celebrate with our closest family and friends. To keep our celebration intimate, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you've received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed within the subject line of the email invitation. Otherwise, we kindly request that only the individuals named in the invitation be in attendance. Thank you for understanding.

Are children welcome?

As much as we love our little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family who are part of our wedding party.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you!

Is the Wedding indoor or outdoor?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will take place indoors. Cocktail hour will be outside on the terrace, weather permitting. There is a beautiful area to take photos outside, and you are all welcome to join us there after the ceremony!

Answer
We have opted for accepting cash gifts. If you wish to contribute, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception, or you may send your e-transfers to katherinechen017@gmail.com. We thank you for your generosity!
