Question

How do I find where to go?

Answer

When you park in the main parking lot, enter under the door that says Annex in big white letters. There should be a brewery on your right when you walk in. Follow the long hallway until you get back outside. There should be a courtyard on the right side of you, one floor below. Take the black stairs down to the courtyard and the venue is the brick building across from the courtyard, “The Smokestack”.

How should I get there/ where should I park?

Answer

There is free parking at the event space for those who are planning on driving. If you are interested in another option besides driving, we recommend Uber or Lyft. If the parking lot is full, there is another overflow lot that has a shuttle. It is off of Elmwood Ave. across from Greater Mount Calvary Baptist Church.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only ceremony and reception to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we cannot host an additional guest that did not receive a formal invitation. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for the event is formal. We'd love for everyone to dress up for a fun night of celebration and dancing. With that being said, please no jeans :) Ladies - think midi to long dresses. Guys - think sports coat or a suit (tie not required)

Can we take photos?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we'll share the photos with you afterwards. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a distraction-free environment for our ceremony. Now for the reception, please take any photos of you and your loved ones enjoying the day! And if you get some good ones, PLEASE share with the bride and groom :)

Are y’all registered anywhere?

Answer

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for some items we need as newlyweds. Our registry can be found on our wedding website under the "registry" tab, including direct links as well as an Amazon registry

Will the wedding and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be inside of Judson Mill. Cocktail hour will be held in the courtyard outside. If weather does not permit cocktail hour will be moved to an indoor location at the venue.

When should I arrive?

Answer

Help us get the ceremony and party started as scheduled! we recommend that you arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone has time to get seated before the start of the ceremony.

Do you have any recommendations for where to eat, points of interest, or things to do?

Answer

Yes! We love Greenville and are so excited to give you some of our favorite things to do while you are in town! Please visit the "Things To Do" tab found on our wedding website.

Will there be food and drinks during cocktail hour?

Answer

After the ceremony, we will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres accompanied by a bar.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! A full buffet dinner with multiple protein options will be served. Accompanied by a side salad and multiple side items. Wedding cake and dessert will be served following dinner.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the courtyard for cocktail hour, where we will be serving hors d'oeuvres and beverages.
