From large chain stores (Vons, CVS Pharmacy) to local convenience stores, everything is just down the hill from the venue, approximately 15-25 minutes. Check out our “Things to Do” section for specific store addresses
Check out the “Dress Code” section for reference pictures! Our venue is a beautiful outdoor property with natural dirt and grass terrain. We recommend comfortable footwear like wedges, block heels, flats, or boots. Stilettos may sink into the ground, but if you’re having as much fun as we want you to have, we welcome you to take them off! Friday: Cocktail Attire. We suggest men wear a suit or a dress shirt, tie is optional. A midi, maxi, knee-length dress, or dressy separates are suggested for the women. Saturday: Black-Tie Optional. We ask men to wear a tuxedo or a dark suit and tie and women to wear an evening gown or a midi- or knee-length cocktail dress. Color is welcome for the women. Sunday: Cozy and comfortable. Feel free to roll out of bed and join us for brunch in your pajamas.
No problem! You are welcome to any of the events on the schedule. Just make sure to RSVP accordingly.
Yes! For you runners and hikers, bring your shoes so you can take advantage of the venue’s 100 acres. Great for morning runs and casual strolls.
The last 6-7 miles to the venue are along a scenic, winding two-lane mountain road, primarily defined as Route 632, also known as Sky Ranch Road. It's a beautiful 15-minute drive up to an elevation of around 3,000 feet, and honestly, it's truly not that bad. However, if you're not a fan of winding mountain roads, we'd recommend letting someone else take the wheel so you can sit back and enjoy the views. We can't wait to celebrate with you at the top!
October is known to be Oakhurst’s prime weather conditions. However, temperatures can get chilly. Fire pits and patio heaters will be available, and fireplaces available for cabin use. We do recommend bringing a jacket/coat as the night goes on. Daytime temperatures range from the 60s°F to mid-70s°. Nights can drop into the 40s°F.
No curfew or noise ordinances. You truly can party all night long if you’d like.
Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.
