Question
Will there be a dress code?
Answer
No! We will be dressed up fancy but will not be asking guests to follow any specific dress code. If you want to be fancy go for it! If comfy/casual is more your style we love that too! We do recommend out of town guests pack layers as Washington weather in September can be unpredictable. (We do kindly ask guests to avoid the color white if possible)

Will there be alcohol served?
Answer
No - we have decided to forgo alcohol for our wedding.

What are we eating?
Answer
Our wedding will be catered by Fat Zach's Pizza. If you are gluten free or vegan or have any food allergies please reach out to us when RSVP'ing so we can let them know. They can provide menu items for these but have requested they be notified in advance.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Yes! We love kids and welcome them to celebrate our day with us! However, we do ask parents to please plan to keep an eye on kids - there is a horse on the property and they ask that guests do not pet the horse as he does bite, no matter how cute and tempting he is!

How long is the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony should be approximately 30 minutes.

It looks like the venue has a fire pit? Will we be able to use it?
Answer
Yes! It is a semi-indoor fire pit so regardless of any burn bans in effect at the time we will be able to have a fire. S'mores bar anyone?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We recommend guests arrive anywhere between 2:15-2:30 PM. Please plan ahead for potential traffic in the area.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
There is limited parking available at the event space. Once the upper lot fills the remaining guests may have to park on a hill and walk up so please plan accordingly.

What shoes should I wear?
Answer
There is a paved area for the ceremony and the remainder of the venue is in a grassy orchard area. The parking areas are gravel. Please keep this in mind when planning footwear.

What if it rains?
Answer
We will hope that it doesn't but if it does we will just have to dance in the rain! There is a covered area we can all get cozy under if need be along with the covered fire pit area.

What's the bathroom situation like?
Answer
There are three full service single stall restrooms available on the property. No port-a-potties for us!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We have limited space available at the venue. If you have been given a plus one on your invite you are good to go! If not and you need to bring an additional guest please reach out to Curtis or Katherine to see if space is available.

Is the ceremony outside?
Answer
Yes the venue is outside with a covered patio area.

I can’t get my RSVP to work?
Answer
Sorry about that - it’s likely a small typo. Zola makes us type all guest names including first and last names. Let us know if you’re struggling to work it and we can rsvp for you!
