Andrea is Katherine's sister and best friend! Katherine always wanted a sister and when Andrea was born, her wish came true and Andrea was everything she dreamed off. Since Andrea was a baby, she always wanted to be with Katherine, following her around and even sharing a room. Even though there is a 10 year difference, Andrea is Katherine's best friend and confidant. Katherine cant say " I do" without her best friend by her side.

Aldana is Katherine's sister. Aldana has always been the baby of the family. Katherine moved to Virginia when Aldana was 5, and even though they didn't live together and saw each other often, their bond remained intact.  Now that Aldana is a mother, they have created another bond, motherhood has found yet another way to unite the sisters in their journey raising their little girls.
