Brendon and Katherine met via a mutual friend at Illinois State University and eventually performed together via the Improv team Playback Theater. Over coffee and bagels, Brendon asked Katherine to be his girlfriend and throughout their 7 year relationship they discovered their life passion of good friends, art and travel. Brendon asked Katherine to be his wife on December 20th of 2019 on a cold and clear Chicago evening in the middle of the famous Chriskindlmarket surrounded by friends and kind onlookers. They patiently waited throughout the Coronavirus pandemic to become husband and wife, even delaying their special day to maintain the safety of their loved ones.
