What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Guests are kindly asked to arrive no later than 3:30 PM and be seated by 3:45 PM. Early arrival is welcome beginning at 3:00 PM.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for our guests to come dressed in semi-formal attire to help make the day feel extra special. For men, a suit or dress shirt with slacks is perfect, and nice, well-fitted jeans with a blazer are also welcome. For women, a cocktail dress, midi dress, or a stylish skirt-and-top combination would be ideal. Think of it as “cocktail party ready”—polished and festive, but not as formal as black tie. As this is an outdoor wedding and much of the venue is grassy, we kindly recommend choosing footwear that is both comfortable and practical for the entire evening.

Can I bring a date?

Unless otherwise indicated on your invitation, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests due to limited space. Aiden and Katherine are planning an intimate celebration with their closest friends and loved ones, and we appreciate your understanding as we create a space filled with familiar faces.

Is there parking for the ceremony?

Ample parking will be available at the venue. In the interest of everyone’s safety, and to help prevent any incidents related to impaired driving, guests are welcome to bring tents or small trailers to stay overnight on-site. We kindly ask that you check in with the couple in advance if you plan to do so.

Are there any hotels in the vicinity for overnight stays?

Answer

Please note that there are no hotels within a 20-minute radius of the venue, and only a limited number of Airbnb options are available nearby. We kindly encourage guests to plan their transportation accordingly or consider bringing camping gear to stay overnight at the venue.
