What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm; we kindly ask that you plan to arrive by 4:30pm to enjoy a pre-ceremony beverage.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be held outside overlooking the Hudson River and the reception will follow in the outdoor tent. There will be areas of air conditioning as needed but please plan accordingly for the weather.

Are children invited?

We understand that our friends and family are traveling from near and far. While there will be kids in attendance at this wedding, we do encourage parents to consider what will allow them to best enjoy the day!

Please refer to your invitation for more information as each invitation is tailored to each guest.

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! Our dress code is formal, so we kindly ask that women wear a floor-length dress or cocktail dress. For the gentlemen, we suggest a suit. Please keep in mind that this is the end of August so it could be warm.

Can I drive?

Answer

Yes, the Grandview does have parking available. Guests can leave their car parked overnight in the parking lot. However, we recommend that you do not leave any valuable belonging in your car since it is a public lot.

What if I have allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

Guests will be able to order meals table side on the day of the wedding. However please let Katie or Kevin know if any allergies so that we can tell the venue ahead of time.
