What is the dress code?

Garden Formal We would love if you could dress up alongside us in garden formal attire. Ladies - think floor length bright colors. Gentlemen - you are welcome to wear a tux (encouraged) or suit if you would prefer. Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor wedding when making your fashion choices!

Will there be buses to transport guests to and from the wedding?

Answer

Shuttles will be provided to and from the reception. They will leave from The Forum Hotel, Holiday Inn Express, and a central pick up location on the Downtown Mall outside the Omni Hotel. Specific shuttle pickup times to be added closer to the event date. Please note requesting a ride from Uber and Lyft may be challenging from our reception venue. Please consider parking at one of the three hotels and utilizing the shuttles. If you intend to drive to the reception, ample parking is available.

Can I drive to the venue rather than take the buses?

Answer

Absolutely! Note that the roads to and from Keswick Vineyards are rural and will be dark at night. You are welcome to park your car at the venue overnight, as long as you pick it up before 10AM on Saturday morning.

Are children invited?

Answer

Due to space and safety restrictions, we are unfortunately unable to host your children at our wedding - unless indicated on your invitation.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are hosting an unplugged ceremony - our photographers will be able to capture each and every moment!
