WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE VENUE? Please arrive at the venue no earlier than 4:30 PM and be seated by 4:50 PM at the latest! If you plan to take the bus from The Radisson, you will start boarding at 3:45 PM, and it will depart the hotel promptly at 4:15 PM.
