Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1st, 2025 in order to get an accurate headcount of the guests attending the event. If you do not RSVP by this date, we will assume that you regretfully decline the invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Be dressed to dance the night away in garden party cocktail attire! As a reminder, the ceremony and reception will be held outside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm in order to have time to park and be seated for the ceremony.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

As most of our family and friends live within the Phoenix area, we do not plan to have a specific hotel block for our guests. However, the closest hotel to the venue is the Home2 Suites by Hilton Mesa Longbow if you would like to book close to the venue. There are also MANY fabulous hotels and resorts in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area that are only a ~15-20 minute drive from Stonebridge Manor.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a gift registry through Zola! While your presence is the most important present for us - if you would like to contribute to our honeymoon fund or help purchase kitchen and home appliances, there is tab on our wedding website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limitations in venue size, we are unfortunately only able to accommodate those listed on your formal invitation.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we respectfully ask that our special day be adults only.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a large parking lot at Stonebridge Manor, as well as ample parking along the street next to the venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that phones be put away and silenced during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures. Once the ceremony is over, please feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like to share with us!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full-service open bar from the start of cocktail hour until 11pm. Please try and enjoy our specialty cocktails!
