Puerto Vallarta Airport (PVR)

The best way to Punta Mita is by flying into Puerto Vallarta International Airport. For people coming from Portland, Alaska offers many non-stop flights throughout the week into PVR. From the airport, Punta de Mita is about a 45-minute taxi or bus ride. Amercercao Transportation offers vans (up to 7 people) for $195, roundtrip. If you are staying at one of the resorts within the gates, you can request transportation from the concierge.... Don't forget your Passports! Getting Around Punta Mita

Punta Mita is the gated community right outside the small town of Punta de Mita where the wedding will take place. Most condo’s offer golf carts with the rental, but if not, we recommend renting one to get around from Mita Carts. Please be sure to look at the special instructions on how to get to the villa on the day of the wedding.

These beautiful 3 and 4 bedroom condos are within the gates of Punta Mita for those looking to rent a place with a group of friends. Everything within the gates, the villa we’re getting married at and Punta De Mita is very close. We would suggest finding one with a golf cart though. These condos provide access to all the beach clubs, golf and amenities within the gates.
