Rehearsal
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

This event is for the wedding party! Parking is available in the Jenkins Parking Lot next to the Fernandez Center, adjacent to West Cold Spring Lane. You will be provided a validation ticket during the rehearsal so you don't have to pay when you leave the lot. If there are no spots available, street parking is available on West Cold Spring Lane and North Charles Street, however on Fridays there is no parking allowed from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM. We recommend carpooling, using Uber / Lyft, or just staying in your car until 6:00 PM to make sure you don't get a ticket!
Rehearsal Dinner
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm
This event is for the wedding party! Semi-Formal Attire Gentlemen may wear polo or dress shirts and pants with an optional sports jacket. Ladies may wear pants, jumpsuits, or cocktail/midi dresses. There is valet parking available in front of the restaurant, or use Uber / Lyft!
Welcome Drinks
9:15 pm - 10:45 pm
This event is for all our guests! Smart Casual Attire The bar / lounge is located inside the Royal Sonesta hotel and is publicly open starting at 5 PM. Please ask a hotel staff member to direct you when you enter the lobby. There will be a tab under our name from 9:15 - 10:45 and we will provide everyone a white paper wristband so the bartenders know who our guests are!

Wedding Mass
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm

Parking is available in the Jenkins Parking Lot next to the Fernandez Center, adjacent to West Cold Spring Lane. If there are no spots available, street parking is available on West Cold Spring Lane and North Charles Street, or in the Butler Lot on the other side of campus (Loyola shuttles pick up & drop off there, about a 10-15 Minute walk). We HIGHLY recommend carpooling or using Uber / Lyft for the Wedding Mass. Shuttles from the hotels will become available for the Cocktail Hour, Reception & After Party. Please note that this will be a full Roman Catholic wedding Mass. We understand that not everyone may be familiar and would be happy to answer any questions you may have in preparation! NOTE: Please remember if you were asked to remain available for portraits at the Chapel after Mass! For additional support, please call Loyola at 410-617-2800.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Formal Attire Gentlemen may wear suits or blazers. Ladies may wear cocktail, midi, or maxi dresses or jumpsuits. There will be 2 shuttles rounding between the Royal Sonesta, Renaissance, and Hyatt Regency hotel blocks and taking guests to The Belvedere. The first one will start at 5:00 and the second will start at 5:15. Both shuttles will transport guests to and from all the hotels and The Belvedere throughout the entire evening. It doesn't matter which one you get on! We will be providing small bites, stations, & an open bar to kick-off the celebration!

Time to celebrate! We will be providing dinner, an open bar, photobooth, & dancing! Look out for the QR codes! :)
After Party

After the reception is over at 11:00 PM, take the elevator up to the 13th Floor. We'll meet you in the skybar! There will be a bar, some small late-night bites, & most importantly, an aux. We have the space until 1:00 AM. One shuttle will remain available to transport guests back to the hotel throughout the night!
