After almost 11 years together, Neil is finally marrying the love of his life. Neil enjoys cooking amazing meals, reading both difficult literature and comics, and skateboarding. He loves exploring Iowa's nature and has become an expert in drywall, amongst other home renovation skills.

Katharine is very excited to marry her soulmate!!!!! She enjoys crocheting, making bread, and gardening, although she does not plan on becoming a tradwife. Katharine is an avid thrift shopper and a softie towards all the living creatures in her yard, even the ones stealing her tomatoes.

Groomswoman
Fighting out of Huntington Beach CA in the orthodox stance. Katie racked up 23 wins in the amateur ranks (16 by way of knockout) with the Long Beach Iron fist gym. Since turning pro she has won belts in 3 weight division and looks to add to her collection tonight. One thing is for sure Katie has always been a fighter.
Sarah Manders
Bridesmaid
Coming from Portland OR (for now), Sarah is the younger sister of the bride. They spent many youthful years together playing dress-up, fighting over the Sims, and attending each other's sporting events. Sarah is now the proud mother/hostage of two cats, loves searching through other people's kitchen cabinets, and has amazing tiktok dance skills. Sarah drinks more water than anyone we know and is constantly on the search for the best pair of leggings.
Ellen Goettsch
Groomswoman
Modeling her life after a mixture of James Bond and Erin Brockovich. Ellen has seen and done it all- from hiking Volcanoes, to rock climbing, to taking on international economic conspiracies. While she has settled down in recent years, focusing on her snowboarding and mountain survival skills, do not test the pride of the Groom's family as she always carries her African toad venom dipped throwing stars.
Deb Manders
Mother of the Bride
Deb is excited to be the official Mother of the Bride to her first and best daughter Katharine. When Katharine was young, her mom was the top school party planner and sports cheerleader, taught her daughter amazing writing skills, set up and played many elaborate Barbie adventures, trained Katharine as a sous chef, and let her litter the living room with extensive Polly Pocket lego houses. Today, Deb enjoys playing with her beloved and very spoiled cats, putting together puzzles with the father of the bride, and growing extremely successful tomato plants. She is one half of the expert Manders house painting team and can find anything her daughters have ever misplaced.
Bob Manders
Father of the Bride
As the proud father of the bride, Bob is excited to marry off his favorite daughter and officially gain Neil as his favorite son-in-law. Growing up, Katharine's dad enjoyed poor acting portrayals of Barbie's husband Ken, teaching his daughter how to change a tire, being her official YMCA track coach, playing multi-day monopoly games, and teaching the importance of gambling on March Madness. Today, Bob enjoys crosswords, growing radishes, and reading sports biographies. He is an expert paint roller, as seen in Katharine and Neil's house. He is also enjoying his first year of phased retirement and is constantly finding new places to volunteer.
Rose Weldon
Mother of the Groom
While raising her beautiful family, Rose has also cultivated many interests of her own. Once a biker, then a cyclist, and now an elite SoCal lap swimmer. These days she prefers Bocce ball and participating in her local golf cart club 'Rolling Thunder' which some say has questionable ties to the California underworld.

Father of the Groom
The mysterious Patriarch of the Goettsch Family. He has been involved in many industries, but rumor has it he made his money running counterfeit jeans across county lines. Although he has not always agreed with the bride's choice of Formula 1 teams, he still supports this union
Pat Manders
Grandmother of the Bride
Grandma Pat enters the ring at a mean 5' tall and is the most Irish loving person we have ever met. She may secretly be a leprechaun. Katharine spent her younger years playing dress-up in her grandma's vintage clothing. Today Pat loves to crochet, enjoys watching The Bachelor, and has an incredibly busy social life. While Pat adores her favorite redhead granddaughter (the bride), she may be even more excited to welcome "Saint" Neil as her official grandson-in-law.
