Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have two shuttles running back and forth between the hotels and wedding venue before and after the event. Shuttles from the West & Main hotel leaves at 3:50PM & 3:55PM, and from the Marriott at 4:00PM & 4:05PM. Parking at the venue is available, and vehicles can be left there until 11AM Saturday. Shuttles will begin running back to the hotels at 9:30PM.

Where should we stay?

Please see the travel section for more info! We have blocks with two hotels while supply lasts - Hotel West & Main Conshohocken Philadelphia (where the wedding party will be staying) and Marriott Philadelphia West. The hotels are a five minute walk from each other.

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place at the Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA. The ceremony will take place outside on the lawn (so please where lawn-friendly shoes), and the reception will take place under an awning next to the estate's house. The venue is a seven minute ride from the hotels. Please see the Schedule section for more info.
