Is transportation provided to the venue?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from the the Fairfield Inn (Brunswick), the Brunswick Hotel, and the Hampton Inn (Bath) for both Friday and Saturday events. OneSixtyFive (5 minutes) and the Federal (15 minutes) are within walking distance of the Brunswick Hotel stop. Guests are encouraged to use the provided transportation even if they are not staying at these hotels. Below is the schedule for buses. Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your departure time, so the bus may leave as scheduled. What should I wear?

Answer

Welcome Party: Dressy casual attire. Wedding Day: Garden formal attire. We’d love to see our guests dressed to celebrate in fun summer colors! Suits and summery formal dresses. For the Ladies: The ceremony and reception will both take place on grass. We recommend that you choose your footwear accordingly. Coastal weather in Maine varies - it can be hot in the sun and cool at night. We're hoping for a summery sea breeze since we're right on the water, but we suggest bringing layers.

Is there parking on site?

There will be limited parking available on site for both Friday & Saturday events - we strongly encourage the use of the provided group transportation.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that you turn off all phones and cameras during the ceremony. We want to see your smiles, not your screens — thank you for being fully present with us!

Will Uber/Lyft be an option? Are there other rideshare options?

Answer
