We are getting married!

We met online as any young couple does these days. We chatted through text and phone calls for a couple of week until we decided for our first date. I mean, Auburn, AL and West Point, Ga are not that far, right? As foreshadowing as it was, we met at a local Mexican Restaurant in Auburn and hit it off. We both agreed to go for a drink and the rest is history!

What a day! The odds were not in Casey's favor to pull this off! We were three days from leaving for Jamaica and needed a Covid test to board the plane. My family was is town for my mom's birthday so we were taking family pictures at Railroad Park. I had in my head that we needed one more test to make sure we got on the plane. We were driving around town trying to find a place to get tested. We made it to Railroad Park just in time! Family pictures were underway! It was our turn, I was trying to get Erin to smile and was so focused on her that I did not even realize the Casey was on one knee. There were happy screams, laughing, and lots of tears. It was perfect!
