Is transportation provided from the Hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have two trolleys shuttling guests to & from our reception venue and the Hotels on July 19th. We do not have transportation on Friday or Sunday. Below are the shuttle times for the party on Saturday, July 19th: To Robert Hall: Boards: 6:40pm-6:50pm and leaves at 6:50pm sharp! Boards: 6:50pm-7:00pm and leaves at 7:00pm sharp! *Both trolleys will circle back after dropping off guests to pick up anyone who missed the shuttle. From Robert Hall back to the Hotels: 10:00pm 10:30pm 11:00pm 11:30pm 12:00am (Party Ends)

Is the venue inside?

Answer

Yes! We are inside a two story building with A/C. One section of the party will be outside under a tent. We will have tent fans, but please plan your outfits accordingly. Winston can be hot in the summer!!

Is the venue handicap accessible?

Yes but please notify Katharine (336-529-2725) in advance if elevator use is needed!!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

You can RSVP anytime between now and June 25th. We are accepting RSVPS on our website. Just click the RSVP tab.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes there is street parking, and a small parking lot at the venue. We are providing trolley transportation to and from the hotels so our guests do not need to drive. Ubers/Lyfts are also available in the area

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will indicate if you are able to bring a date by saying, "and guest" next to your name. Our venue has restrictions on the number of guests we are allowed to have per fire code. Thanks in advance for your understanding!!

Is this a ceremony and reception?

No. Katharine and Caleb will tie the knot with family on June 20th. The party on July 19th is to celebrate their intimate wedding with friends and extended family!! We can't wait to boogie on the dance floor with you all!!

How do I book a Hotel Room?

We have a block of rooms at the Marriott, Kimpton and Brookstown Inn. Click the "travel" tab to learn more. Be sure to book your room by June 17th!!

Can I stay at another hotel or airbnb?

Answer

The Marriott Hotel, Kimpton and Brookstown Inn are our wedding "hubs" and we strongly encourage you to stay with them, so you can utilize the shuttle services. The Trolleys will NOT be taking guests to other hotels or airbnbs at the end of the party.

Where is the welcome party?

Fiddlin' Fish Brewing Company 772 Trade St NW, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 Just a 10 min walk from the Marriott Hotel and the Kimpton. We suggest driving from The Brookstown Inn. Parking is available next to the brewery and on the street.

Where is the farewell brunch?

Answer

Footnote Coffee and Cocktails 634 W 4th St STE 120, Winston-Salem, NC 27101 You can access the venue from 4th street using the breezeway next to Dominos pizza. You can also park behind Footnote in a parking lot off of Holly Avenue and use the yellow stairs to access the building. The venue is next to a bookstore called Bookmarks! Feel free to shop around and support local.

Can I walk to the Venues?
