What should I wear?

Answer

Our wedding will be garden attire. Think floral prints, light fabrics, and cheerful colors. Since the wedding is in February in Florida, the weather can be unpredictable. It might be a breezy 65° or a sunny 80°, so bring a light jacket or wrap just in case!

Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Answer

Both our ceremony and reception will be held at the beautiful Palmetto Riverside Bed & Breakfast, so you can simply relax and enjoy the evening without having to travel between venues.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes! Guests staying at our hotel can take a water taxi to and from the venue. The ride is $20 per person for a round trip, and it’s a fun way to enjoy the views while getting to the celebration. For those driving, parking is available at the church next door and will be monitored by security throughout the event. Rideshares such as Uber and Lyft are also great options for getting to and from the venue.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Absolutely! We can’t wait to celebrate with all of our family and friends, kids included. If your child is invited, they will be listed directly on your invitation. If you’re traveling with a newborn or very young child, you might consider hiring a babysitter so you can relax and enjoy the evening to the fullest.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive anytime after 3:30 PM to find a seat and get settled before our 4:00 PM ceremony begins.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The celebration will take place entirely outdoors, with beautiful riverfront views at the Palmetto Riverside BnB. There is an indoor area available for guests who need a quick break from the elements. In case of rain, we’ll have a tent to keep everyone comfortable during the reception.

What’s the best airport to fly into?

Answer

If you’re flying in, both airports are convenient: Tampa International Airport (TPA) – about a 45-minute drive. St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport (PIE) – about a 35-minute drive

Are there other events happening during the weekend?

Answer

After the reception, the party doesn’t stop there! The bride, groom, and wedding party will be heading to Downtown Bradenton to keep the celebration going — and everyone is invited to join us if you’d like!
