For your convenience, we’ve provided a hotel in the travel section, as well as a campground close to the venue for those who prefer camping. We have a block of rooms reserved at the Sleep Inn & Suites in Wisconsin Rapids, so be sure to mention our wedding when booking to receive the group rate. We hope this gives you some great options for accommodations during the celebration!
Transportation to and from the wedding venue will not be provided, but there are taxis available for your convenience. Please feel free to reach out if you need any recommendations or help with arrangements!
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM, so we kindly ask that you arrive between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM to ensure you have plenty of time to settle in before we start.
Unless your invitation specifically includes a plus one, we kindly ask that you attend solo. However, if your invite does include a plus one, you’re more than welcome to bring a guest!
Absolutely! If your invitation includes their name, they are more than welcome to join us for the celebration.
The ceremony will take place outdoors, in the back of the venue. Please follow the signs or our ushers to guide you to the ceremony area, and we’re excited to have you join us in this beautiful setting!
Please park in either the first or second parking lots. There are a few handicap spots available next to the venue for those who need them.
Feel free to wear either semi-formal or formal attire—whatever you’re most comfortable in! We want you to enjoy the day and celebrate with us in style!
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present. You’re more than welcome to take photos afterward—feel free to capture the moments and memories with us!
Please feel free to sit on either side of the aisle—there’s no need to choose a specific side. Just find a spot where you’re comfortable and enjoy the ceremony!
For the reception, we’ll be serving a delicious meal featuring pulled pork or beef tips, served with mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, and steamed veggies. We hope you’re hungry, because it’s going to be a feast!
After the ceremony, drinks will be served in the small second building. There is a staircase to access the area, but for those who need it, wheelchair accessibility is available through the second parking lot. We want everyone to feel comfortable, so please don’t hesitate to ask if you need assistance!
The reception will be held at the Outpost Ranch, in the larger building. We look forward to celebrating with you there!
Please note, our venue requires all guests to be out by midnight. To make sure we end the night on a high note, our DJ will play the last song at 11:30 PM. We hope you’ll dance, celebrate, and enjoy every moment!
