Question

What should I wear?

Answer

At minimum we would like everyone to wear business casual attire. For example; jeans and a button up shirt or blouse. You are welcome to dress however nice you would like though if you would like to take this opportunity to pull out some fancier clothes.

What are the colors/theme?

Answer

Wine red, cinnamon orange, sunflower yellow, forest green. With a theme of one of our favorite videogames, Pokemon!

Will I be able to leave at any point?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttles on standby throughout the event so you will be able to leave when you would like. We understand not everyone has the same schedule, so please feel free to leave whenever you would like, just make sure to say bye!

Where should I park?

Answer

You will not be able to park at the venue, you can park near the Beaver Creek Central Station where shuttles will be on standby to pick you up and bring you back. The shuttle will start at 4:15pm, if you want to make it in time for the ceremony the last shuttle that will make it will be at 4:45pm otherwise you may miss the ceremony.
