We first met in college at Texas A&M University (whoop) in 2020. I first caught Trever's eye at The Dixie Chicken, the oldest watering hole in College Station! Trever was out celebrating his acceptance into South Texas College of Law with the boys, and I was there celebrating my friends birthday- talk about God's timing! After a few rounds of beer and dominoes, Trever finally had the courage to invite me to his table for a round of chicken foot, and ask for my number... the rest is history!

Trever was a true southern gentleman... he pulled up in his F-350 with boots on his feet, a cowboy hat on his head, and flowers in his hand. When I opened the door, it was undeniable how nervous we both were- Trever was (literally) shakin' in his boots as he passed the flowers into my hands, and I about shattered the vase the flowers were supposed to go in! Trever had planned the best date in downtown Bryan. We explored boutiques, antique shops, ate gourmet chocolate, and shared a meal at Taco Crave. Even after I threw a lime on the floor and almost knocked the entire dinner onto the floor, a second date was already being planned!

Trever first asked me to be his girlfriend under the gazebo at George Bush Library in College Station. This location quickly became a special location to both Trever and I, and he could not think of a more meaningful and perfect place to ask me to be his wife; the place that started it all! Trever organized the most intimate, beautiful proposal and even hired photographers to photograph the moment. Under the gazebo and Texas sunset, Trever grabbed my hands, got down on one knee, and asked me to be his wife. He proposed with a handcrafted, one of a kind, ring specifically designed for me (however, he could have proposed with a ring pop, and I still would have said yes). After lots of screaming and jumping, I finally said yes! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter of our lives with you. See you at the chapel!
