Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes. Semi-Formal please. Suits and cocktail dresses are welcome, so are tuxes and gowns.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins promptly at 3:30pm so please plan to be in your seat by 3:15pm.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but thought you might like a night off. Children in the wedding party and immediate family only please!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is free parking at the estate for guests choosing to drive. If you choose to use the charter bus back to the hotels you must pick up your vehicle by 9am Sunday morning.

Is there a shuttle to and from the venue?

Answer

There is a charter bus that will be taking guests back to the Rancho Bernardo Inn and Sonesta Es Suites following the reception only. Check out our travel page for more details and please indicate on your RSVP if you plan on using this service.

When do I have to book my hotel to get room block pricing?

Answer

There are a limited number of rooms based on availability so you should reserve as soon as possible in order to receive room block pricing. If rooms are still available the pricing will be offered through October 12th.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes. If you have an allergy please reach out to Katelynn, Phil, or our parents and we can make a special request.
