Question

Will there be transportation to and from the hotel?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle picking guests up from the hotel at 4:15pm. The shuttle will take guests back to the hotel after the reception. The reception ends at 11pm.

What Covid safety restrictions are in place?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and the reception will have both an indoor and outdoor option. The guest list has also been limited so there will be plenty of room for everyone's comfort. The total guest count is well under 25% capacity for the venue. The staff at the venue will be wearing masks for the duration of the event. While we want everyone to feel safe and comfortable, we do not intend to inquire about the vaccination status of our guests and wedding party. We respectfully ask that our guests also refrain from such inquiries. We would like our love for one another to be the focal point of the wedding.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal/cocktail attire. The ceremony will be held outside (weather permitting), so please feel free to wear flats for comfort. The cocktail hour and reception will have both an indoor/outdoor option.

Question

I know the wedding is at a vineyard, but I don't really like wine. Will there be other adult beverages available?

Answer

Ummmm, Absolutely! We will be ordering an array of beer and liquor for our guests.

Where is the after party?

Answer

Excellent question! The hotel bar (info is listed under lodging) will remain open for the wedding guests to hang out and mingle post reception. The venue is in the middle of nowhere, so that is the only option unless someone initiates a tailgate.
