FAQs

Question

Can I still RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline was May 2nd. Unfortunately, we are no longer collecting RSVPs and will not be able to accommodate any guests who did not RSVP by the deadline.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 2:45 pm to ensure that everyone has time to find a seat before the service starts. If you arrive after 2:45 pm you may be asked to wait outside until the service concludes.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We know we're going to be looking good, but we ask that you refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony-- we are paying our photographer to get all the shots, and the best way for her to do that is if your phones and cameras are put away. It is very important to us that the ceremony remain phone and camera-free. Feel free to take all the photos you want during cocktail hour and the reception, but don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes-- please dress your best! Semi-formal attire is requested. Please note that jeans and athlesiure of any kind are prohibited by our venue. For more information regarding the dress code, please refer to the "Schedule" tab on our website, or to the "details" card included in your invitation.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We would love to accommodate everyone; however, weddings are expensive, and we want to keep our celebration fairly intimate. If you received a plus one, it will be noted when you RSVP. Please reach out to Jack or Katie if you have questions.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, the only children invited are those who are specifically listed on your invitation. Enjoy a night out on us!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There is an option to list dietary restrictions when you RSVP

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both ceremony and reception will take place indoors-- both the chapel and the country club have central air, but please dress according to the weather. A portion of the cocktail hour will take place outside on the patio. We invite you to utilize the patio throughout the reception as well-- it overlooks the 18th green (just try not to heckle the golfers!)

Question

Will there be transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Unfortunately, there is no shuttle service or transportation between the venues or from your hotel to the venue. We understand this may be inconvenient, but we trust our guests to make reasonable accommodations prior to the wedding. There is plenty of parking at both the chapel and the country club, so feel free to drive there-- please ensure you have a way to get home safely.
