Let's get married, again!

I was at work when Gio waltzed in & I fell in love. I knew that he was the person I’d spend my life with almost immediately. Two short months later, we found out that we were expecting & things moved quick after that!

We’d talked about getting married and being engaged many times before, but on this fateful day, I jokingly made a “when are you gonna propose” joke. Little did I know, it was then. Gio ran upstairs and grabbed a ring. He got down on one knee and proposed right in our living room. It wasn’t extravagant or elaborate, but it was us & perfect. Easiest “yes” ever!

We had talked about doing a big wedding with everyone we loved, but knew it wasn’t going to happen soon. So, we decided to get it done faster & cheaper. We got married in a courthouse with our immediate family. It wasn’t extravagant but it was intimate and everything I wanted. I became a wife & Gio a husband. We knew we’d eventually get to have the big ceremony & reception we wanted, but being married is what really mattered to us!
