in 2015, we were in the same wedding. We met a week before that wedding on a camping trip with the wedding party! We hit it off that weekend and have been together ever since. A couple weeks later, Alec asked me to be his girlfriend at a Tigers game.

We took our annual Upper Peninsula trip in August of 2020. We packed up the pups and hit the road on a Tuesday afternoon! We spent the week with Alecs parents! On Thursday night we went down to the beach to watch the sunset! We decided to take some pictures together, thats when I asked Alec "why is your heart beating so fast?" He claimed he didn't know. Then Alec asked to take a funny picture, which was fishy because he never wants to take pictures at all. While I was making a funny face, he stepped back and dropped to one knee! It was unforgettable!
