Short answer: No! We are keeping things casual all evening with a cocktail style reception. The drinks and apps will be flowing all night! With that being said, if you know you’re going to want a burger or something more substantial than heavy appetizers, please check out any of the great bars/restaurants along W25th between our ceremony and cocktail reception!
Our reception will be a kid free event! Kids are more than welcome to come to the ceremony, however, please make arrangements to have them picked up no later than 5pm.
Cocktail attire is preferred.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'not attending' so we can plan accordingly.
We will have free-on site valet for those who choose to drive. If you are staying at the hotel we have blocked off for our wedding, a shuttle will be provided starting at 2:45 for those attending the ceremony. If you are joining us for the reception, please take advantage of our valet option! Uber/Lyft are always an option as well! A few things to note if you choose to take advantage of the provided valet services: Please bring your car to Lorain and W28th. You can leave your car overnight if you would like. Make sure you get your keys at the end of the night from the valet, but your car can stay! If you happen to forget to get your keys, GLBC will have them and you can retrieve them Sunday morning!
We will have a party bus that will take guests from the Hyatt to Great Lakes and back. It is about a 30min loop so please keep that in mind! The first shuttle will leave the hotel at approximately 2:45pm, make the loop to Great Lakes and then come back for everyone else! The shuttle at the end of the night will run 9:30pm-1:30am from Great Lakes Brewery to the Hyatt. You are more than welcome to stay out in the area after the reception and grab the shuttle back!
