Shuttle will be provide for guests utilizing the room block at the Inn at Swarthmore and the Hampton Inn & Suites (Phila/Media). Please note that space is limited on the shuttle, so consider alternate means of transportation to the venue if you are staying at a different location. Shuttle will pick up guests at 2:00 pm for the the ceremony at the Inn at Swarthmore and then proceed to pick up guests at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Shuttle will run throughout the night to both hotels. Final Departure for the shuttle will be at 9:30.
Please note that this is an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding!
There is no choice for dinner because each person will receive both entree options on their plate! If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please reach out to us.
Cocktail attire
The 30 minute ceremony MAY be outside (women should bring a sweater or shawl). The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
