The Oakland International Airport (OAK) and San Jose Mineta International Airport (SJC) are both within 35 miles of Pleasanton. If you are looking to fly in, either one of these airports work!
A shuttle is provided picking up at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel. Other hotels in this same vicinity and walking distance to Hilton Garden Inn are: Home2Suites by Hilton, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hampton Inn. Be sure to book at one of those hotels if you wish to use the shuttle! For guests who plan to drive, there is limited, free parking at the venue.
We have included a few hotel recommendations in our "hotels" tab with links to book at an exclusive discounted rate. Feel free to book using those links, however there are plenty of other options in the area as well! We recommend Livermore, Pleasanton, or Dublin areas for an easy drive to our venue.
The attire is winter semi-formal. Please refrain from wearing colors reserved for the bride (white, ivory, off white, etc.)
As all items are prepared and cooked on-site, the culinary team can accommodate most allergy and dietary restrictions. Please reach out to Katelyn or Fernando no later than January 21, 2024 if you require special accommodations and we will do our best! Children under age 10 are served chicken tenders and french fries.
