When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by March 5, 2026 so we can confirm your resort reservation before the deadline. All rooms must be booked by March 16, 2026.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony & reception will be outdoors on the beach. We expect warm weather in the 80s.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Beach Formal. Light, airy attire is encouraged – think sundresses and linen suits. Ties are not required.

Can I stay somewhere that isn't the resort?

Answer

All wedding guests must be stay at Velas Vallarta.

Are my kids allowed to come?

Answer

Children are welcome to join you on your stay. Those 12 years and older are welcome to attend the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. All children are welcome at other events throughout the week. The resort has a kids club and certified babysitters on site.

How do we get from the airport to the resort?

Answer

VIP Services is the resort's exclusive shuttle service. It is approximately 5-10 minutes of travel from the airport to the resort. Shuttle services will be scheduled to transport you to and from the airport and the resort, $36 per person round trip. Please email or text Travis your flight information so he can coordinate shuttle services for everyone.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

The resort is happy to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions. Please submit these on your RSVP for the cocktail hour and reception.

Will there be any other events to attend during the wedding weekend?

Answer

Yes, Welcome Drinks will be hosted on Thursday evening the night before the wedding. Velas Vallarta also offers a full schedule of activities on and off the property. Check back later for other planned activities.
