Question

What is the date and time of the wedding?

Answer

The wedding will take place on October 3rd, 2026. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so we kindly ask all guests to arrive by 4:00 PM to ensure everyone is seated and ready to celebrate!

Where is the wedding taking place?

Answer

The wedding will be held at White Willow Meadows in Orient, OH. The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with the remainder of the evening's festivities held inside.

Are children allowed?

We have designed this celebration as an adult-only evening — think of it as a perfect excuse for a night out! We kindly ask that guests make childcare arrangements prior to the event. However, we completely understand that this may not be possible for everyone. If you have concerns or a unique situation, please reach out to Katelyn or TJ directly, and we will do our best to accommodate you and your little ones.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate guests who are listed on their invitation. If a plus-one has been included for you, it will be reflected on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Dress to impress! The dress code is formal attire. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie, while ladies are welcome in any below-the-knee dress, formal jumpsuit, or elegant separates. Please note that the bridesmaids will be in light pink. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We've secured a hotel block at Tru by Hilton in Grove City, just about 15 minutes from the venue. To reserve your room, simply mention the Rust-McManus Wedding when booking. Please note that block reservations must be made by September 2, 2026. Rooms are available October 2–4, 2026. A shuttle will also be provided to and from the venue from this hotel, so you can relax and enjoy the night worry-free! If you'd prefer to explore other options, there are plenty of additional hotels nearby as well. Visit the 'Travel' tab at the top of the page for more information on lodging and accommodations.

Is there parking available?

Yes! There is a paved parking lot located directly outside the venue for your convenience.

Do I have to select a meal option in advance?

Answer

Dinner will be catered by Milo's and provided via various dinner stations throughout the venue, where each guest can create their own plate. There will be a salad station, a chef-attended pasta station, and a chef-attended carving station. We will have a dessert bar after dinner, as well as a Ravello's coffee cart providing signature coffee drinks made-to-order!

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please include any dietary accommodations in your RSVP. We will work with you and our caterer to accommodate any dietary needs.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar providing beer, wine, seltzers, and select liquors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to transport guests to and from the hotel block in Grove City to the venue, about a 15 minute drive. Should you prefer to drive, there is ample parking provided at the venue.
