For guests flying in on American Airlines flight AA807 (DFW to SJD), transportation from the airport to the hotel has already been arranged. If you will be arriving separately or need alternative transportation, we recommend booking All Ways Cabo Transportation.

Join us for a casual Welcome Party as we kick off an unforgettable week in Cabo! Come enjoy drinks, relax, and mingle with family and friends as everyone arrives. Casual attire is encouraged—we can't wait to celebrate with you.

The ceremony will be outdoors. Please dress in whatever you feel best in, and don’t forget your sunglasses!
9:30 am
We will take group and family photos immediately following the ceremony.
12:00 pm - 4:00 pm
We will meet in the lobby of Casa Dorada at 11am to head to the marina as a group. The marina is walking distance from Casa Dorada or there will be taxis available to drive to the marina. We’ll spend four hours cruising the Sea of Cortez (staying close to shore) with food and beverages provided onboard. Please wear a swimsuit and/or a cover-up, as there will be opportunities for water activities. You’re also welcome to bring a small bag with anything you may need for the boat.

For guests traveling home on American Airlines flight AA1180 (SJD to DFW), transportation from the hotel to the airport has already been arranged. With the flight departing at 1:25pm, transportation will pick up guests at Casa Dorada at 10:00am.
