We're getting married!

Recently returning from a European adventure Ryan was looking for an event to wear his newly acquired lederhosen from Germany. Coincidentally, his friend Eric recently started teaching in Mt. Angel, Oregon and invited him to the town's historic Oktoberfest. To kick the weekend off the two adorned their lavish attire and planned on crashing the beloved Grandma Scott's annual family Oktoberfest party. At Gam Gam's, Katelyn Mae was preparing for the festivities by making the final touches on her drndl. When Ryan arrived at the party and the Scott family and friends were in full swing. The fresh hops, music in the air, and Ryan's scantily clad lederhosen, ended up being the perfect environment for Ryan and Kati to first have their first butterflies for each other. They flirted, sang, and danced all night down in the Weingarten. A connection was made, but it took several weeks for them to meet for their first date at a pub in Wilsonville. One date turned to two, then three, then a relationship. Three years later while down at the beach in Cape Meares, Ryan surprised Kati and got down on one knee in front of their family and friends. She said yes, and they can't wait to celebrate with all their loved ones.
